Civil Engineers and Construction workers needed

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to lead our team in designing and developing innovative infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings
– Conduct site investigations and analyze data to inform design decisions
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
– Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
– Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
– Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
– Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a leadership role
– Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and codes
– Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and other relevant software
– LEED AP or other sustainability certifications
